Niki was a wonderful host and we would love to stay with her again!

Our family enjoyed very much Niki ‘s place. The location is perfect.There is a beautiful long table with chairs in the patio and a playground to enjoy. We would love to return.

We love staying here, the little apartment had everything we need.
As a mom was pretty useful to find a high chair there, and outside they have a playground where my toddler had fun.

We had a great stay! Perfect space for two couples plus one toddler. The apartment was beautifully decorated with antiques and Niki’s own artwork and photography, well furnished, and very comfortable. Check in was super easy and Niki was very responsive to our questions. The welcome book was super well organized and thoughtful, and included many recommendations for local things to do and places to eat. We really enjoyed the play structure in the back and taking walks around the neighborhood and nearby Joaquin Miller park to see the redwoods and banana slugs. The neighborhood is very nice and safe, and removed enough to be quiet and private, but just a short drive away from everything. We had a great time and I’d love to come back!
