It was a nice place for the money. The roads all over Nosara are horrible dirt roads all over. But the place was worth the money. No problems with anything.

El lugar es tal como se describe. Es un cuarto con buen espacio y en general estaba limpio. Sin embargo, tuvimos problemas con la seguridad del lugar el portón principal no cerraba y se calló sobre la entrada, afortunadamente no nos lastimó pero podría haberlo hecho. Esto no se reparó y no se cerró en ningún momento, tuvimos que dormir con el portón abierto y el cerrojo del cuarto no era nada seguro. Por las noches había un perro muy bravo que nos atemorizó. Además la puerta del baño estaba infestada de hormigas voladoras y las camas tenían termitas.

I stayed at Alejandro’s space for 1 month. It was exactly as described.
It was perfect for what I needed.
Simple accommodations, clean + free of clutter.

The cabina was spacious to move around in. The only thing I would have appreciated would have been a closet. There is very little shelving or table space, so keep that in mind if you travel with a lot of items that need a space to be hung or placed on.

Bathroom + shower were comfortable. The water is on the cooler side, so don’t expect hot water. But with the weather here, cooler showers are welcome. The cabina has AC which is nice.

Outdoor kitchen is on your own private porch which is nice. Very spacious on the porch + a nice outdoor space to cook + eat.

Several grocery stores that are close by + local restaurants. To get into the central hub of Nosara where there is more touristy places, the drive is about 15 min. Beach is about 15 min away as well.

I would recommend this space!
