book it and you wont regret it...but i think the place is suitable for up to three people not more (unless you are a large group and all broke) as the 2 sofas are in the public domain and wont be a good sleeping option and will distort the apartment setting ... the owner speaks fluent English which is very rare ... best hospitality i had in Italy and i travel a lot !
