First things first, Quadaisha's responses were fast, through, and respectful! The fenced in backyard is great! and they have a beautiful yard. Everything was very clean and sanitary! the 2 rooms upstairs that have queen beds were a bit smaller than we expected, but it was definitely ok for the few nights we stayed. we heard a lot of cars go by with being close to the highway, but it was very peaceful during the day. They have kids cutlery, plates, and bowls. they also have kids cups, but non with lids. we used the pack & play and the cot and both worked well and folded down easily, also very clean. they have a few hangers in every closet, but if you have a few outfits, definitely bring some along. they have multiple games, tvs in every room, comfortable sitting areas, a closed front porch. washer & dryer worked great! they have a hand held shower in the upstairs bathroom where the tub is, that was great especially w/cleaning our kids. they have lots of extra quilts and pillows!
