DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT choose this host no matter what. They texted me the DAY OF my reservation, asking me to cancel the reservation (which is against AirB&B policy and a scam so you don't get refunded). I would've been left on the street if I hadn't contacted AirB&B to solve this. The host apparently "permanently closed" the place and ghosted both me and AirB&B upon questioning. Upon arrival to Phoenix this host had left me with no place to stay. This was immensely distressing after a nine-hour flight and if I had been any more tired I probably would've fallen for the scam. Please heed my warning and choose another place. I do not recommend having to go through this to anyone.

They canceled on me the last minute as I was arriving from the airport, and they asked me to cancel the Airbnb for them (which you do NOT do it is there responsibility to cancel or talk to Airbnb directly to deal with it) which seemed really scammy, I do not trust front desk.

Didn’t even get to stay here! The host canceled our reservation the day we were supposed to check in and never communicated with us further.

I MESSAGED THEM THE DAY BEFORE MY STAY & 18 HRS LATER THEY RESPONDED SAYING THEY ARE NOT RENTING ANYMORE, TOLD ME TO CANCEL VIA THE APP, & ONLY GAVE A PARTIAL REFUND WHEN THEY CANCELED ME!!! THEY WOULD NOT RESPOND ABOUT GIVING ME ALL MONEY BACK SINCE THEY CANCELED ME! THANK GOD AIRBNB CUSTOMER SERVICE FIXED IT ALL FOR ME!! I TRAVELED ACROSS 2 TIME ZONES & WAS KINDA STUCK!!
