I’m a mom that flew into TX to be with my grown kids that live driving distance to Austin.
Having been elsewhere in TX a few days prior, it was nice to have a space to have them come stay with me. Plenty of space & beds for all 6 adults. 3 of us went to ACL. Location is quick and convenient to highways, airport and Downtown/Zilker Park areas. We used Uber on occasion and had plenty of parking for our vehicles on the property. The neighborhood isn’t the best; many roaming stray/barking dogs and “interesting” people, but we didn’t feel like we were in real danger. 4dining chairs instead of 6 at kitchen table & 1 of 2 chairs shown in living space, some lacking hand towels, and no rugs as shown, but otherwise similar to photos. Host was quick to reply w/a concern, but items weren’t a must. Nice place for our needs. Comfortable beds. Cute, small, fenced, private space in back w/artificial turf and outdoor seating. Location worked, just not a great area that I’d walk in or consider walkable
