This was the perfect place to stay while we were in town for a concert. Huge park nearby to enjoy and we were able to walk to the Dickies Arena from the apartment. Dominic provides great information on how to get into the apartment which was very helpful.

Overall the stay was good. There were some items in the listing that turned out to not be exactly true. The listing shows 1 king & 1 queen, but there is 2 queen beds. The provided breakfast is 2 packs of oatmeal. The location is great with plenty of restaurants and bars in a 5-7 min walk (some across the street).

Cons: towels were just thrown on the bathroom sink, not folded, not sure if they were even clean. Stained towels. Fingerprints on the faucet. The only paper towel roll was almost out and there were no spare ones.

The locks that have keys to the apartment are broken.

Very noisy location. There are several bars on the block that don’t close until after 2 pm.

Major con: BED BUGS. Both my husband and I had so many bites all over our bodies even though we slept in different bedrooms. We’re lucky we didn’t bring them home. Owner never responded to my complaint.

The only thing I was happy about was the fact that I was able to walk to and from Dickies Arena.

Overall, our stay was great, but I just have a few comments/concerns. The thresholds leading into the bedrooms and bathrooms all have tac strips poking through which, when stepped on, hurt (from experience). There were only 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom and less than half of a roll of paper towels for a 5 day stay for 4 people. Also, only 1 towel/washcloth was provided for each guest, and the towels had seen better days. There were no hangers for clothes. Also, this area is very active over the weekend so if you want peace and quiet, I would not suggest it. The music is loud and partying goes well into the morning hours. All that being said, I though the white rabbit was a great spot and in the middle of everything we wanted to do. I think if Dominic read some of the reviews, he would see a lot of the same complaints and do something about it to increase the likely hood of bookings for the future.
