This home is super adorable. My friends and I booked it because we were going to iiipoints, and it was so convenient. Made it easier for us. The hosts communicated so well and the apartment itself is a cute little home, felt very comfortable!

The apartment is incredible . Apart from the view , which is breathtaking, the apartment is very comfortable, it has everything you could need and more . We loved staying there and we were sad we couldn’t stay for longer.
The people from Hospedanos were great also, always responsive and willing to help.
I would definitely come back.

I had a wonderful weeklong stay here. The location is great and there are many good restaurants/cafes and a grocery store in walkable distance. Very quiet neighborhood, very little traffic making it a good spot for evening walks.

Very communicative and helpful hosts. I would recommend this place to any of my friends traveling to Miami/Coral Gables. Will definitely book here again next time I’m in town.

Overall the stay was average, the bedroom floor was beyond dusty including the closet, there was a fleece instead of a blanket so bring your own bedding. The bed is below average be prepared to feel springs when you sleep.

Kitchen is below average I grabbed a knife out of the drawer and it wasn’t even connected to the handle. I was lucky it didn’t slice my foot when it disconnected from the handle. The stove is not leveled so everything is getting cooked at an angle.

Coffee machine but no complementary coffee for guest make sure to bring your own ground coffee. Chipped plates and dirty mugs in the cabinet so be prepared to do dishes when you arrive.

Shower is below average looks 5 stars In the pictures but the shower head doesn’t even change modes. I didn’t feel comfortable even using the jacuzzis mode because the drain looked so gross.

If you’re planning on getting a good sleep forget about it. With the windows closed you hear every car drive past it’s beyond noisy.
