Awesome experience !

BEWARE! Overwhelming mildew smell on arrival. Host said they’ve never had that complaint yet I found it noted later in other’s reviews. Lack of upkeep has made posted photos inaccurate. Significant mold on bathroom ceiling. Only cotton mattress pads have left mattresses appear soaked w/ urine. Asked to leave immediately but host would not refund remaining nights. Aired out entire house attempted to stay one night. Didn’t want to deal with/ moving locations on vaca. Curtains don’t fit windows so light shined in all day and property lights shined in all night. Mildew smell was back strongly by morning. Host would not refund remaining nights. Had to call Airbnb who w/in an hour refunded us all except 30% of first night. If this app doesn’t let me post photos in the review it will help to know that Airbnb refunded me immediately based on the pics and experienced I described. I have never had an issue like this and wanted to stay an Airbnb customer. I’m glad they quickly did the right thing

The purpose of our visit was to see the aquarium, and this place was basically next door. It was about a half a block away. Easily walkable to Cannery row as well as other less touristy spots. We would definitely book here again. The place itself was nice and exactly as pictured.

Very nice, spacious, and clean. Great experience overall
