Our stay was good. The place was clean and comfortable. Also, we appreciated the toiletries and snacks provided.

Phillips Place worked out well for us, extremely clean and in a great location. He was easy to communicate with. The only problem was no guests allowed, at all!! We were able to work around that and everything was fine. We were there to visit family and they were not allowed to come to our place. Would definitely recommend if that isn’t an issue for you

Phillip was a great host. Place was definitely comfortable and clean. Also was in a nice and quiet location mins from everywhere I needed to go.

The house was very nice. Looked just like the pictures. The house was very clean but there was an excessive amount of gnats throughout the house that were quite annoying. Outside of that we had absolutely no complaints! Very quiet neighborhood and the neighbors were very sweet. They greeted us everytime we came out. I love that. Phillip himself was amazing, very attentive and responsive. Thank you for allowing us your home :)
