Absolutely amazing place.

Alice was always responsive, didn’t need to bother her after day 1 cause everything was there exactly as mentioned.

The only minus ( but for some it’s a plus) is that it’s a bit far from City. There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby within 8 mins.

The community is really good. Noon minutes takes a lot of time, doesn’t always deliver on time.

It’s my first time living in a Villa in Dubai.

This is the perfect place for anyone who doesn’t mind staying far from the city

My second time at this place. Host is very good and helpful. Security staff are helpful.
Location very good

Stayed here for about 10 days with my family. Plenty of space with minimal furniture. Should meet the families reuirements for a short stay. We had an issue with the aircon but it was sorted on the same day of us reporting it. Very happy with the response. All in all good stay.
