Perfect one bedroom with a lil desk for me to work east coast hours while my partner could snooze in the early morning without my disturbing. Love that there’s a parking spot and a little area to sit outside and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. Such gracious touches inside as well!

A warm, peaceful, safe, and clean home away from home. The bed was comfortable, the shower pressure and temperature were great. The air conditioners and fans were perfect. The towels were soft and inviting. The goodies upon arrival were a wonderful touch. Brian was so kind. Thank you for a great stay!!

Brian and Karina were wonderful hosts! From the detailed instructions for the check-in (I super appreciated the hassle free check-in process) to the thoughtful extra touches in the apartment when we arrived (a bottle of wine, snacks, coffee so I didn’t need to buy a big container for a short trip, beach bag towels and chair to use were appreciated too). The apartment was exactly as described in a great location, a short drive to the beach (also beautiful!) with tons of great food options nearby. I traveled myself and my teenaged daughter and we felt comfortable and safe in this quiet residential area. This was probably my best Airbnb to date. Thanks Brian and Karina!

Solid spot. Was a little dark (very little natural light). Great neighborhood and easy check in.
