Although Anita was very communicative and helpful. The person she appointed to handle Hospitality has to be the worst person in the hospitality industry I've ever dealt with. She told my girlfriend to "chill the fuck out" on the phone when we were simply calling to get a parking permit, which was to be included. The place was dirty but considering what we paid to stay in Miami and the location it was to be expected. It was the person appointed to handle Communications that we had the issue with. The most unprofessional person we've ever dealt with when staying somewhere and we travel a lot.

we had a lovely stay at Anita's apartment, right on the beach,and walking distance to lots of nice restaurants, just what we were looking for.

Very communicative host! The place was clean when I arrived, and the neighborhood is quieter than most of South Beach, which I really appreciated since the area can get lively. I love that the building opens directly onto the beach, and I saw maintenance staff cleaning daily, so it’s clearly well maintained. The room also had some nice bonus amenities like a mini fridge and microwave. really easy parking instructions as well.
