Host and place was amazing would deff go back

Really nice place in an ideal area. It wasn’t listed that the place is a part of the Infinity Blu resort. Upon arrival at the time of check in, had some issues with the staff. I was told the 2 bedroom unit that I reserved was not available due to water damage and an active water leak. The solution was a downgrade to a studio apartment. For me, the resolution was unacceptable. Approximately 2 hours prior to arrival, I reached out and received affirmative confirmation on the availability to the unit on the original reservation. This was due to past issues with Infinity Blu pulling what I felt was a “bait and switch” on a past reservation. I stood my ground on not accepting what I felt was a below reasonable accommodation, especially since no additional compensation had been discussed. I waited in the lobby for 3 hours until magically the unit I reserved was available. Super nice apartment and good host. Hopefully moving forward Infinity Blu gets on track a little better.

Apartment is located at the Rizz Suites a property owned and operated by Infiniti Blue. Had I known this I probably wouldn’t have booked this unit as I’ve had many issues in the past dealing with them and this time was no different. Upon check in I was placed in a studio apartment when I had clearly booked a one bedroom. Told them this was unacceptable and demanded I get the unit I had booked. I was then placed in another one bedroom which was also not the unit advertised on AirBNB. Finally on day 3 of my 6 day stay I was placed in the unit that I had reserved. The apartment was perfect once I got it. Location is great and no issues with security. If they are able to properly manage their booking Callender and get people into the units they request, I would definitely recommend this place. Unfortunately I ran into several people that were having the same issue as me not being placed into the correct apartment and being given downgraded / non-comparable units.

I would stay again for a better price. overall very nice and private location. Just be ready for them trying to sell you a membership. with a 3 hour presentation.
