Stayed two nights. The building is a bit tired- looking, but the area is quiet, safe and close to the metro/tram. The unit is rather small and modest, no-frills, but clean. The bed was comfortable and lighting good. The bathroom has nice brass plumbing fixtures, but access to the shower is quite narrow as the left edge of the countertop extends too near to the door. Not sure how a large person gets in there. Overall, it’s an adequate choice for a short-stay in Paris. Ania was not there, but I met her son who was very kind and enjoyed some nice conversation with him.

Ania è stata dolcissima, accogliente e mi ha aiutata a farmi sentire a casa , sono stata davvero bene con lei . Lalloggio è molto comodo e vicinissimo a autobus e metro.

Ania was a kind, gracious host and it was quite comfortable to be there. The accommodation perfectly matched the description and was a good value. Worked perfectly for me as a solo traveler just needing a good place to sleep in Paris.
