This property has an artistic touch and aesthetics which is unique for an Airbnb .Host is staying in a room which is an extension of the property and very responsive. Every room is well cleaned and maintained. You can park your car near to the garage at backyard of the property or in front of the property at road side. Downtown is just 1.6 mi from this property. Claire is a wonderful host who was very responsive and friendly with us and we thoroughly enjoyed our night at the property.

Claire's space is fantastic! highly recommend for artists passing through the area or staying for gig work. she also has the workshop in the back that can be used for performances, etc! she was incredibly kind to us, and a conduit for the arts scene in Avl. what a gem!
