Great place would definitely book again!

Pros:
If you’re a large family in need of a big space this works. 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms.
Cons:
I assumed there was a backyard to relax and make use of it for Memorial Day with my sons. It’s used for parking for guest and other tenant vehicles (3+). It was suggested to park curbside but we did not feel comfortable (sketchy) we left a few bags in our car due to our next issue.
This is a 3 floor walk up, including the outside. Upon entry there was a weird odor. We realized it was seeping from hot water heater room. The kitchen had a roach problem. Backyard had rodents.
The living room carpet and couch was filthy with foot prints and stains. There were cereal and crumbs under the couch cushions. The bathrooms only had soap in the showers. There were no other toiletries, or hand towels, etc. Told the host whose reason was to prevent theft. The items were dropped off 2 days later.
Lastly, receiving a chatGPT response in the group chat was very impersonal as well as the deleted apology.

the apartment was great.. the host was very easy to contact and responded to my questions quickly.. my family and I loved it
