Escape to a comfortable basement suite in a 1928 brick home. This urban oasis is centrally located in a residential neighborhood just northeast of downtown, near highway for traveling to the airport or mountains; and 5-10 minute driving distance from LoDo, RiNo, breweries, downtown, & other shopping, dining, & entertainment, City Park, Zoo, & Nature and Science museum. Private bathroom, free parking, extra amenities, large back yard and shared deck for relaxing and dining (weather permitting).
Relax in your own private space or enjoy shared outdoor deck/patio. Your suite includes all the amenities you need, and provides a quiet escape to read, watch TV, or get ready for your day or night out. Indulge in a nice hot shower in your own luxury bathroom.
The Cole neighborhood is a residential "up-and-coming" neighborhood next to the popular RiNo district, which is more industrial. You may notice construction in and around the neighborhoods as Denver is growing very rapidly and we have several big projects underway, including a highway expansion. We are easy driving/biking distance to other neighborhoods, a lot of new restaurants, shops, art galleries, breweries, dispensaries, and music venues--notably the Mission Ballroom, which opened August 2019. Easily accessible via main streets and highways. Many homes in our neighborhood were built in the early 1900s. The closest neighborhood bars you can walk to are NOLA and Jack Rabbit Slim's; the closest coffee shop is Rivers and Roads. Also nearby are the Whittier Cafe, Crema, and Prodigy. The RiNo neighborhood, next door to Cole, is a craft beer mecca, growing rapidly and you will find lots of new businesses and places to explore around Larimer, Market, and Blake Streets, and Brighton Boulevard. Check out the street art covering the buildings in RiNo. These are commissioned each year as part of CRUSH: http://crushwalls.org.
  • Amy was a great host - check in was super easy, the space was nice and our hosts were really accommodating!

    Sorla2019-09-25T00:00:00Z
  • I stayed at Amy's for a week while I was in town for an event at the Savoy. The location is walkable to downtown, and there are a few bus routes that head that direction. The basement was super cozy and it was nice to have a private space since I worked from home on the weekdays. Amy was a great host. In addition to giving me a lift from the train, there were complimentary snacks and beverages.

    Jen2017-11-22T00:00:00Z
  • There is currently a significant amount of construction in the neighborhood. But Amy's directions were precise and easy to follow for pick-ups and drop-offs in the far less busy alley behind their home, especially for the number of ride shares I requested during my five-day stay. I walked to Jack Rabbit Slims one night, just two blocks away. Great bar/food option. I kept a busy schedule for most of my stay, so I only ran into Amy and her husband once each; both were super friendly and wanted to make sure I was settled in. I was alone and I am only 5'4" tall, so it was a perfect space for me. We would have been in trouble if my 6'2" boyfriend was with me on this trip. But I loved it. I really appreciated the cold waters - I forgot how thirsty I get in Denver. Their backyard is especially beautiful.

    Enjoy a spacious, private guest room in the basement of our family home. With plenty of space for two, you'll have a warm welcome and two whole floors separating you from the bedroom of our 6 year-old twin boys. Woohoo! Please Note: Starting 4/1/18, Airbnb will collect Colorado sales tax (4%) AND the newish Denver Lodger's Tax (10.75%) when you book. We are therefore lowering our nightly base price to $42, also effective 4/1/18, to ease slightly the pain of this new tax.
    Our beautiful Victorian home was built in 1901, and we lovingly renovated it ourselves over the span of four years. Now, it is a warm and welcoming space, filled with books, art, the smells of cooking, and the laughter of our twin boys. We have two guest rooms in our basement that we rent out. Pied-a-terre features a comfortable queen-sized bed, a desk with chair, and armoire with hangers and drawers, and built in bookshelves filled with jigsaw puzzles. There are bamboo floors, comfortable bedding, and shared access to a renovated bathroom with laundry facilities inside. We are raising our twin boys to be country kids in an urban space: they spend most of their time barefoot, half-naked, and digging in the yard. We have an elaborate garden in the summer, and several of our neighbors raise chickens. Your hosts are avid readers and conversationalists, interested in cooking, energy efficiency, public policy, international development, politics, travel, home improvement, building vertical gardens, and Chinese calligraphy. Just, you know, not so much since the boys were born.
    Our neighborhood is a lively mixture of families, young couples, and the elderly. The area is quickly transitioning and gentrifying, and it comes with all the associated circumstances. Our family is very happy here, and we embrace our urban location. We take our boys to the park, let them play outside, and say hello to all our neighbors. We also live on a very friendly block, where everyone knows each other and gets along great. Our area is residential and doesn't offer many restaurants or bars, but it is just a short drive from all the best spots in the city. On foot, you can visit a 7-11, a liquor store, a couple of taquerias, a nice little New Orleans bar with pretty good food, and an asian grocery store. And soon, we hear, an Ace Hardware, woohoo. :)
  • Très bon séjour.

  • Rebecca was very welcoming!

    Vanessa2018-07-12T00:00:00Z
  • My husband and I only stayed 1 night, but Rebecca was so welcoming and hospitable! From a practical perspective, the bedroom and bathroom were clean and there was even a little box of toiletries you could use if you forgot something (shampoo, conditioner, soap, even Tums, etc.). However, Rebecca also went above and beyond to welcome us into her home, offering us tea and homemade cookies, and giving wonderful advice about things to see in the local area. I would definitely stay with Rebecca and her family again the next time I'm in Denver!

    Charlene2018-07-29T00:00:00Z
  • Rebecca and her husband were excellent host! They both made us feel so comfortable and like they were really excited to have us there. The house is cute, easy to find and the rooms are very comfortable! We truly enjoyed our stay here and will stay again if we ever find ourselves in need for a room in Denver! Would recommend to anyone!

    Alisha2018-06-08T00:00:00Z
  • Rebecca and her husband were great hosts! We talked to them for quite a while when we got back from exploring downtown and they made us feel very welcomed! Room was private, comfy, and spacious.

    Catalina2018-07-13T00:00:00Z
  • The casita was very relaxing and the perfect location for our time on the big island. Reggie is a great host; with excellent communication and an accurate property description. Couldn't have asked for more.

    Michael2017-07-21T00:00:00Z
  • Rebecca’s home is a great place to stay when in Denver for many reasons. First it’s location easy to get to to and from the city/airport. Her hospitality is amazing, her and her family go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable, have everything you need and make you feel like you are at home. The basement is basically all yours plenty of space in the rooms and bathroom is right there with access to washer and drier. Did I mention her twin boys are the cutest and best :)

    Lindsay2017-12-04T00:00:00Z
  • I had an amazing time in Denver, I got to treat myself when I needed it and got to do something I love. None of this would've been possible without Rebecca! Amazing host, did not make me feel like a guest but more like a friend that needed a place to stay for the night. Thank you so much!

    Hello and thank you for checking out my home! ***Please review the entire listing before booking (specifically location, neighborhood & amenities) in order to ensure my place will suit your accommodation requirements.*** I have a bright, quaint, 1 bd/1 ba house in the Globeville neighborhood of Denver. 1.5 miles from downtown, 5 minutes from the heart of the RiNo neighborhood, 2 blocks from the Platte River Trail that links up to metro-wide trails. Best suited for a solo traveler or couple.
    I am very excited to offer you my space as I worked very hard to create a unique, comfortable, eclectic environment that reflects the unique and eclectic place that is Globeville. This 120 year-old house has everything you need to feel at home. Pine wood floors throughout, a full kitchen with vintage gas stove, Antique cast iron farmhouse sink, pots and pans, dishes, and silverware, but no dishwasher. Kitchen is stocked with coffee and Tea as well as a coffeemaker, french press & kettle. Enter the cozy bedroom through the French doors to the comfortable queen bed. A window AC unit is installed in the summer months, as well as ceiling fans in the house and standing fans for your use. Bathroom has a shower/tub and comes stocked with essentials like shampoo, conditioner, soap & body wash. As well as other bathroom essentials. There is a hair dryer for use as well. The living room has a Flat screen TV with Hulu and Netflix & Amazon, and the house has WiFi. There is a small patio space in the back yard with a table and chairs where I ask people to smoke, if they smoke as there is no smoking allowed in the house. If there is anything you need, please do not hesitate to ask. There is private, off street parking for up to 2 cars. **Please Read Before Booking** I live on a street in a mixed residential-industrial neighborhood that is very busy in the daytime. With all the growth happening in Denver, the traffic on my street has increased significantly over the past few years. There are many cars and trucks traveling by during the day and has the potential to be a tad loud sometimes. HOWEVER, this is really only during the weekdays. The nights here are quiet and weekend traffic is relatively low. What this is: An edgy, funky, well loved, cozy little joint that is close to Denvers Rino district, downtown, the Platte river trail, and the National Western Stockshow complex. What this isn’t: A controlled environment. I live in a mixed-use neighborhood where small homes are tucked away amidst warehouses and railroad tracks and there is a lot of activity going on with people from all walks of life. This is just to say that if you are unfamiliar or uncomfortable with the scenery and vibe of a residential/industrial neighborhood, then PLEASE consider this before booking. I have worked very hard to provide a clear overview of my home and so if there are any questions, please just ask. That said, I hope you choose to stay here. I love this neighborhood, and it has a large part of my heart as does this City. I would love to share this space with you.
    Globeville is a small, historic neighborhood near the Platte river and has long been neglected in the shadow of Downtown. That said, there is a great deal of pride for those who live here as the residents of Globeville have fought hard (with mixed results) against industry and developers who would just as soon knock it down and start over. This place is rich with history and character. You will find all walks of life in this classic urban residential-industrial neighborhood. Where some see grit and disorder, we see home and families living their lives. This is a place for people who want the full experience of Denver, not just a re-paved, redeveloped, sterilized version of it.
  • We stayed one night at Brooke's place and found it to be a very cozy, stylish space. It was the perfect place to spend the last night of our vacation.

  • I loved this little home. Very cozy and close to downtown. Everything was clean and organized. The area of town is a little bit noisy but it didn't bother us at all. We slept like babies. The house does a good job of covering the noise. I would love to stay at this house again.

Not only is it exactly as it is described and pictured, it also is a huge win for anyone looking to avoid high travel cost for the great value and central location to everything. Scott and his wife thought of every detail to make this stay so welcoming to guests, from local suggestions for Denver newbies, providing towels, and even allowing guests to have personal access to a washer and dryer, television and living room area, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee machine. Little touches such as those make all the difference. Scoot was A great host who was prompt in his responses, quick to address any questions or concerns. I would recommend this to any and everyone. Cozy, inviting space with everything you need! Small loft above garage in back of my home. One Queen bed and sofa. Close to RiNo Arts district, about 15 minute walk to light rail line to DIA. Plenty of street parking. Large deck attached with French doors opening to deck space for your enjoyment and relaxation.
    About 310 square feet intimate space. Considering the size, it fits everything! Large TV and sound system to chill in, if you like. Close to all that RiNo area offers. Easy to get downtown, RiNo, Stapleton, Cherry Creek. North of Downtown Denver. Heat and A/C in unit to make it comfortable and inviting. Fantastic alternative to hotel living with ability to make meals, have own outdoor space, wifi and everything you'll need to enjoy Denver! It could be tight for 3, but sleeping space can accommodate up to 3. The bathroom is open to the bedroom, but the bedroom has a door separating it from the living/dining space.

    My place is close to City Park, The Zoo, Natural History Museum, and downtown. There are tons of great restaurants nearby! NOLA, Jackrabbit Slims, and Corner Ramen to name a few! My home is covered in lots of great art and bathed in natural light! This listing is for one of my two upstairs bedrooms. Both rooms are available to rent. I will be living in the main floor bedroom with my dog, Rudy! Each room comes with a microwave, mini fridge, and coffee pot. Pets okay, extra $15 per night per pet.
    Great art, natural light, and a fully stocked library make you feel right at home! Both rooms have big window air conditioners for the summer heat! I have two bedrooms that I host through Airbnb on the top floor of my house, they share a large bathroom between them.
    Great neighborhood with character close to downtown and city park! Tons of great restaurants within walking distance including NOLA, Jackrabbit Slim's, Corner Ramen, and an awesome taco truck that parks down the block!
  • Had a great stay - quiet street, lovely front and back porch, and a really cozy room. For my needs in particular was nice to be close to some major arteries for lfyting around and outside of town. Would definitely recommend!

  • John’s house instantly makes you feel welcome and happy. He is truly an excellent host, he is always in such a good mood and ready to strike up a conversation or help you out with recommendations. His dog Rudy is one of the most loving dogs we have ever come into contact with (we love Rudy) This is my second time staying with John and it will definitely not be my last. John, Rudy and his house are the best and we are very happy with our stay. Thank You John!

    Irene2018-10-14T00:00:00Z
  • Thank you John for a wonderful stay! Loved the patio area and your pup, Rudy, was such a sweetie. The upstairs bedroom was quiet, comfortable and a great value for the quality. I'd recommend this place to anyone wanting to explore the downtown area. :)

    Jessica2017-07-02T00:00:00Z
  • Staying at John's place truly made me feel like I was home away from home. The bed was comfy, his home is beautifully decorated, clean, and artistic. The back yard space was a great place to chill and hang out. Peaceful and private. There are coffee shops, pizza, bars, and a liquor store all within about 2-5 minute walk. We didn't have transportation while we were here, and still made it around Denver pretty easily from John's with Lyft. Check in and check out we're flexible which is a perk you'll never get at a hotel. My flight got in at 7 am and John had no problem with me dropping my bags early. I will definitely be staying at John's place next time I'm in Denver!

  • Very stylish and eclectic decor, great host, cool dog. Upstairs room is spacious. John adds little touches that make the space more comfortable like fresh flowers, tons of books, coffee maker/fridge/microwave in room. Bars, restaurants, liquor/wine shop on the corner. Easy Uber to downtown center. Oh - great backyard and 420 friendly.

    Joan2019-04-30T00:00:00Z
  • John is an amazing host! Rudy is the best companion around! Great room and patio!

    Hilarie2017-07-12T00:00:00Z
  • John's house is an excellent bang for your buck! He's very friendly and hospitable, knowledgeable about the area and can give you any kind of local tips you're looking for. The bedroom was clean and spacious with its own mini-fridge and microwave, full use of the main kitchen and back patio space as well. If it's available next time I'm in Denver I'll definitely come back!

    Shane2018-09-25T00:00:00Z
  • John was absolutely amazing. No regrets or complaintsnts. Dont second guess it. Just do it.

    Stroll down tree-lined streets full of Victorian houses in Curtis Park, or check out the murals on Larimer St. in the RiNo Arts District, a mecca for microbreweries, farm-to-fork restaurants, craft coffeehouses, cocktail lounges, and more. The River North Art District "where art is made" goes by the nickname of "RiNo" and has even adopted a rhino design for its official logo, so look for creative rhinos in art and signage all around the neighborhood! The district's interesting blend of urban charm and unique industrial revival makes it a great destination for visitors. Historic warehouses and factories now house jazz bars, restaurants, brewpubs, art galleries and working studios. RiNo boasts a diverse mix of creative businesses ranging from visual artists, designers and furniture makers, to craft distillers and brewers, winemakers, creators of unique outdoor gear and small-batch coffee roasters. The art definitely extends beyond gallery walls in this neighborhood, with its colorful and innovative street art murals in alleys and on buildings around almost every corner! See the neighborhood map below to start exploring. Lonely Planet named River North one of the top 10 neighborhoods to visit in the U.S. “Even as The Mile High City expands, RiNo still clings to its punk-rock roots. You’ll find it in the street murals that seem to pop up overnight, in the experimental galleries that play open house on Friday nights, and in the innovative food halls and rockabilly microbrews that play host to the city’s young, bold and tattooed. [RiNo] is playing center stage for the resurgent arts and cultural scenes that have transformed D-Town into the cultural dynamo of the American West.”  – Greg Benchwick
  • We enjoyed our stay! Parking was easy, room was really nice. The only negative is that the room could get hot even with the ceiling fan and opening the window at night. Otherwise, great stay!

    Yvette2019-08-11T00:00:00Z
  • Our stay at Daniel's home was everything we expected -- near the Rino art district, with a stylish room, easy check-in/check-out, and a dependable/responsive host. Sharing a bathroom with the connecting room was a flashback to college living but we had no issues sharing the space. Beautiful home and a great location.

  • Good place to stay in Denver! Train and City plus nice cafes are really close!

    Jens2019-08-16T00:00:00Z
  • Great location. Cool house. Clean and comfortable. I read the house description very quickly so I thought we had our own private bathroom. There is a bathroom connected to the room but you share it with another room. But it ended up not being a big deal and the bathroom was clean. I would consider staying here again when in Denver.

    Sunny, comfortable home with Mid-Century Modern accents in historic neighborhood located minutes from downtown Denver, LoHi & RiNo.
    This turn-of-the-century home is over 100 years old! It is one of the original row homes in Denver. The interior has been recently gutted and completely updated. Open layout with lots of light.
    My home is located in the historic Globeville neighborhood of downtown Denver, one of the original neighborhoods in the city. It is across the street from a school that has a large green space with a walking trail as well as a community garden. This is a very cool neighborhood that is centrally located to downtown Denver. Globeville is situated between the River North (RiNo) neighborhood and the Highlands neighborhood which are both popular areas. From the City of Denver's website: "The River North Art District "where art is made" goes by the nickname of "RiNo" and has even adopted a rhino design for its official logo, so look for creative rhinos in art and signage all around the neighborhood! The art definitely extends beyond gallery walls in this neighborhood, with its colorful and innovative street art murals in alleys and on buildings around almost every corner!" "Victorian-era homes and buildings; lush gardens and parks; hip independently owned shops; art galleries; and restaurants, all make the Denver Highlands neighborhood a great destination for visitors. There are three diverse districts to discover here: Highlands Square, Tennyson Street and Lower Highland (LoHi). Boutiques, wine shops and bookstores, as well as popular restaurants and bars radiate out from Highland Square on West 32nd Avenue and Lowell Boulevard. And, in the Tennyson Street Cultural District, you can spend an afternoon browsing antique prints, photographs and paintings from Colorado artists, plus find live music venues and great ethnic foods. LoHi is characterized by a mix of old and ultra-modern architecture, some of the city's most innovative restaurants and bars, and incredible views of the Highland Bridge and downtown Denver. "
  • Nice, quiet, and clean house! Very tidy and organized. Frank was very accommodating and offered tons of tips of things to do in Denver. Definitely a positive Air Bnb experience!

    Michael2017-11-21T00:00:00Z
  • Frank is a super cool host, with an extremely nice home. Everything was clean and new. He was very friendly and a great conversationalist. 10/10 would recommend.

  • Frank is a great host! The stay was really great for the value

    Stefan2018-07-21T00:00:00Z
  • Frank is a really good host, and he will pretty much help you with anything you need during your stay. His house is beautiful, clean and everything you would wish for in an airbnb place. Don’t hesitate to book this place if you want a comfortable and cheap place to stay in Denver. ❤️

    Hanna2019-02-19T00:00:00Z
  • Horrible experience. We booked a red eye and checked with multiple hosts about flexible check-in. We selected this place because Frank is a super host and confirmed with us twice about self check-in. However, he never provided the smart lock code and became unreachable afterwards. We had to contact airbnb support team. Airbnb found a code on their file but it did not work. The wifi Frank provided did not work either. What a joke. We had to book another host last minute.

    Dorothy2018-04-13T00:00:00Z
  • This place is more that what you can tell by the info and the photos. Frank is a great host and he make's sure you have everything that you need. Just finished work on the back yard and it is truly and quiet place to unwind in the evening.

  • Franks place was very clean and Frank is very nice and was able to give us a few pointers and places to see around town 10/10 would recommend franks place

  • Rondi's place was wonderful and was accurately described on the listing. She was helpful in all our requests and questions, and her home was clean and welcoming. She also had snacks and beverage items in the kitchen as well for us. There was also always a parking spot in the neighborhood which was nice. I'd definitely recommend staying here. Thanks Rondi!

  • Rondi was a great host. Check in was easy, her home was very comfortable and near some great places to eat!

    Natalia2019-05-14T00:00:00Z
  • Rondi's place was a great little oasis during a few hot days in Denver. She happened to be home when I arrived, so we had a conversation about the neighborhood, getting around, her recommendations, etc. Her house is SUPER close to a really hip part of town on Lairmer Street with tons of restaurants, cafes, bars and other shops. Also, walking distance to the light rail, which gets you in to the heart of downtown. Rondi's place is very comfortable and welcoming. She showed me how to use the hot tub and directed to me to bikes that I could use while there. The room has it's own air conditioning unit and fans, which was great given how hot it was in Denver during my stay. She shares her fully equipped kitchen, which was great for me to make some breakfast and heat up leftovers for snacks. One last thing of note is that her place is really close to the light rail line that takes you to the airport. If you're adventurous you can walk there, otherwise, a quick LYFT can get you there in a few minutes. All in all a really pleasant and comfortable experience!! Thanks so much for your tips and hospitality, Rondi!

    Laurel2018-08-06T00:00:00Z
  • The place is a cute house in a great neighborhood. Rondi was a great host. Answered every possible question I asked and had some great recommendations.

  • Rondi was super accommodating and very kind. She had delicious breakfast snacks for the morning and excellent coffee. I felt very comfortable staying at Rondi’s and I recommend her Air Bnb for anyone who wants to visit Denver.

    Remodeled home near Denver's funky, artsy, trendy RiNo District. Just 5 minutes from RiNo, light rail to Union Station/airport, and I-70/I-25. Just 9 blocks from Denver City Park, 18-hole golf course, Denver Zoo, Natural History Museum & IMAX. The house: updated everything | new, modern furniture | beautiful kitchen | whiskey bar | swamp cooler | modern bathrooms | off-street parking | high-speed wifi | patio set | finished basement | Perfect for: individuals, couple, business
    This bedroom is on the main floor of the house, with a bathroom adjacent to it. It has windows on two walls, plus a closet. This is a 1924 home in a historic neighborhood 5 minutes from RiNo and 8 minutes from downtown. We have completely renovated it in 2016 with modern appliances and amenities, while still preserving the historic character of the house with a vintage minimalism. From specially commissioned artwork for this house to antiques from the 1890s to decor that tells a story of social justice, we have worked hard to make this our home, a peaceful, restful haven from the craziness of life.
    Clayton is just to the north of City Park, just to the east of the River North Arts District (RiNo), and an 8-minute taxi to downtown.

    Right in the heart of RiNo, 100 steps from the hottest block on Larimer. Take a stroll to immersive mural art, savor delicious tapas, or grab craft beer at one of five breweries within a two-block radius. At a half mile, you’re in LoDo enjoying the nightlife. A mile out, you’re at Coors Field. At a mile and a half, enjoy stunningly remodeled Union Station or attend a convention. Walk, pick up a city bike or an electric scooter, or snag Lyft or Uber to anywhere. Welcome to Denver!
    ~~~~Indoor space~~~~ This is a brand new private hotel-style studio in the heart of the RiNo Art District! It has modern finishes, a brand new king-size bed with adjustable base, a 50” Smart TV, a fridge and microwave as well as a Keurig included for your use. You’ll love our place because of the easy access to breweries, wine bars, great restaurants, cafes, and many convenient transportation options. ~~~~Outdoor space~~~~ Enjoy our xeriscaped outdoor patio with built-in gas grill and ample seating. With comfy chairs for lounging and a picnic table for meals, you have options of how you want to enjoy the space. Have a barbecue, enjoy a drink with friends, or have lunch in the open air. If you smoke, this is a great place to relax and legally enjoy your favorite stuff. Please be considerate by taking care of any discarded items before you leave. The patio is a shared space with a second unit, but there’s room for everyone. ~~~~Check-in/Check-out time~~~~ Check-in: 3pm Check-out: 11am
    This location is very walkable, with great things to explore and do at any time of day. ~~~~Food and Drink~~~~ RiNo is the biggest brewery district in Colorado, with 15+ breweries, distilleries, and winemakers within walking distance. Some of the best, Ratio Beerworks and Epic Brewing, are within a block. Great Divide Brewing, The Block Distillery, and Infinite Monkey Theorem Urban Winery are nearby. If full service bars or craft cocktails are more your style, Finn’s Manor, Bar Fausto, or RiNo Yacht Club are great options. If you are interested in local, unique drinking experiences, you’re in the right place! In the morning, some of Denver’s best coffee shops are right nearby. Crema is one of the neighborhood’s most established options, offering craft coffee, cold brew, and a kitchen. The Rolling Pin Bakeshop offers handmade pastries. Denver Central Market has coffee, as well as a full indoor market with restaurants, produce, ice cream, and a bakery. For casual dining, Park Burger, Biju’s Little Curry Shop, and dozens of food trucks are our favorite places to grab a bite. For something more elegant, Barcelona Wine Bar, Cart-Driver, or The Populist are great. ~~~~Music, Venues, and Clubs~~~~ RiNo offers many different ways to see a show. The brand new Mission Ballroom is just 1.4 miles away, easily accessed on foot, scooter, or by Lyft/Uber. There are small venues throughout the neighborhood that host touring acts. The Walnut Room and Larimer Lounge are two intimate venues that have great acts. Cervantes Masterpiece Ballroom is a larger venue just a few blocks away. Nocturne hosts jazz acts in a classy atmosphere with top notch food served while you listen. In the summer, events like Velorama, Jazz Fest, and Crush Walls close down a street and fill the area with stages and vendors. Major Denver venues like Red Rocks Amphitheater, the Pepsi Center, and the Ogden Theater are easily accessible by public transit, Lyft/Uber, or car. There are so many more that it would be impossible to list them all here! ~~~~Art Galleries and Murals~~~~ What would RiNo be without its artists? Dozens of artists and galleries reside in RiNo, and the neighborhood hosts a First Friday Art Walk to invite the public to tour galleries and meet the artists. The artistic and design influences in the neighborhood are also visible in the architectural styles and one of the defining characteristics of the area, the immersive, large-scale murals that decorate the brick, cinder, and concrete walls of the neighborhood’s old factory and warehouse buildings, making every trip through RiNo a chance to find art where you might not expect it. ~~~~Live Entertainment~~~~ The area is also home to some great intimate venues. Larimer Lounge, The Meadowlark, and The Walnut Room host local and touring acts. Nocturne is a jazz club with excellent food and cocktails in a more sophisticated ambiance. Events like Velorama, CRUSH Walls, and the Five Points Jazz Fest are just a few events that fill the neighborhood with music and art. ~~~~City Access~~~~ RiNo is the closest neighborhood to downtown, making it an easy to moderate walk to most downtown destinations or a very brief bike or Lyft ride. Downtown begins about a half mile from the door, and Coors Field is about a mile from the property, as well as all the surrounding bars, clubs and restaurants in the LoDo section of downtown. The Convention Center is only 2 miles away, with a convenient bus route stop just a block away.
  • Was exactly as advertised. Awesome bed, very comfortable. Very clean, great location.
  • Cute place, very clean, quick replies to questions and close to good places to eat
    Shana2019-09-28T00:00:00Z
  • The place was really nice and really clean. I loved how it was in walking distance to downtown. I thought we’d have to Uber our way around but we walked everywhere, even with snow on the ground. Studio itself, again, was very clean and it felt like we were actually at a hotel. The host was so very nice and accommodating to my needs prior to my arrival. Unfortunately the reason why I rated the studio a 3 was because of the noise. The two nights we stayed we could hear the other people during the late night hours. The walls were so thin that we could hear them pee, shower, walking around, their conversations. Needless to say, my husband and I couldn’t sleep. Which took away from having an enjoyable day. If you don’t mind a lack of sleep, then this is a perfect place.
    Maria2019-02-01T00:00:00Z
  • Fresh space, cozy and great location. Clean and very hospitable
    Jennifer2019-02-18T00:00:00Z
  • Great location in a fun part of town. No street noise in the space as it is tucked away, but you may hear the dog upstairs walking around occasionally. Super comfortable bed. Easy parking. Good system setup for arrival and door lock management. Good place to stay on a visit to Denver - especially good to be a foodie in this neighborhood.
    Hope2019-04-01T00:00:00Z
  • We really enjoyed our stay. Being this close to the RINO area made the trip a lot better for us, since we could just walk around the area and enjoy some great foods and drinks. Will be looking again for Allison's place when we make our next trip to Denver.
  • Perfect location, beautiful space, great host!
    Faulkner2019-01-30T00:00:00Z
  • Definitely recommend this place! Within walking distance to many breweries, restaurants, coffee shops, and street art. The space is cozy with a very comfortable bed and great amenities - big tv with Netflix, workspace, large closet, mini fridge, even toiletries and hair dryer in the bathroom. Very much like a hotel but way better! Allison and Ian are great hosts and very responsive. Thank you!
We are a ten min drive from downtown Denver or a 15 min bus ride. Just a short walk to the Denver Zoo or the Botanic Garden.
    The guest suite is located in the bottom floor of our duplex house.
    There's a taco truck usually at the end of the block and convenience stores further down Bruce Randolph.
  • Great little place that isn't too far from Lodo or Colfax. The place fits 6 people pretty easily and was clean. It was a great place to visit.
    Luke2019-09-15T00:00:00Z
  • Selena accommodates us at the last minute and was very easy to communicate with. Checking in was simple and I appreciated the small touches to make our stay more comfortable. The water in the fridge came in handy as we weren't used to the higher altitude.
    Molly2019-10-01T00:00:00Z
  • Our stay was mixed, but quite bad overall. Some of this was my fault for not looking into the description more thoroughly, so the owner's are certainly not to blame for amenities they do not list (such as a kitchen or A/C). I highly recommend scanning through the listing to see what they include, because nothing that is not listed is in the property. Pros: Great communication: I got quick responses within the hour from the hosts, and they immediately accommodated my day of request to check in two hours early. Noise: The noise they mention as a possibility from living upstairs was nearly non-existent. Although we could hear footsteps from time to time, there were no significant noises that bothered myself or any of the other guests. Cons Smell: There was a very distinct odor upon entering the suite. All six of us noticed it, and although you would get used to it after about ten minutes or so, it came back as pungent as the last time each time you returned to the suite. Dog crap: There is a narrow alleyway that leads to the backdoor which is the entrance to the suite. When we arrived there was a dog turd laying in the middle of this alley. When we left the third day there were three dog craps in this alley-way. Flies buzzed over them, they obviously smelt quite terrible, and at night we had to shine our phone lights to avoid stepping in them. When you connect to the Wi-Fi you notice an all caps network named 'PICKUPYOURDOGPOOP'. So clearly the message has been sent before this review but it doesn't seem to be registering. Bare bones: Again, read the listing, they aren't misleading, although they take very flattering pictures of what I would describe to be on par with a 1.5 star motel room (which I would have chosen over this if I could go back). The furniture is all very cheap, the water pressure from the one available (bathroom) sink is about 20% of max pressure (although the shower works very well), and some things just make absolutely no sense, such as thin see through curtains blocking each of the bedroom closets? I would love to know what was going on with that.
  • Great spot! The hosts were super available and informative. Super cool feel and overall a great place to stay!
    Jon2019-09-01T00:00:00Z
  • This place is so cute! An adorable place for a getaway in Denver! The hosts are very helpful if you need anything!
    Megan2019-09-22T00:00:00Z
  • The host responded quickly and was thoughtful. I don't think the listing mentions that you're sleeping next to a pot farm? The pictures in the listing are all close up and do not give you a good idea of what this place really looks like. Stayed for about 20 minutes and then decided to leave this random alley in Commerce City and splurge on a hotel.
    Starr2019-09-12T00:00:00Z
  • Such a cute little spot!!! I felt very safe and secure in this little trailer. Angel and Elle were so easy to communicate with and left very thoughtful touches for me when I got there! I loved the private yard, and easy parking. It was a perfect location for me while going to the Denver Gem and Mineral show!
    Stefanie2019-09-11T00:00:00Z
  • Great host and a great cozy hideaway! Would stay here again when in Denver. All of the little touches and thoughtfulness made it a nice neat place to spend the night. Parking was easy, the place was clean, and even had an outdoor space!
    Ashley2019-09-30T00:00:00Z
  • Amazing experience in a beautiful vintage trailer. Perfect sized space for one person. Had all the amenities I needed; private bathroom and shower, outlets for charging, free parking space and fridge. Hosts were friendly and helpful. Internet is spotty, but still usable. Overall great experience.
    Liz2019-09-08T00:00:00Z
  • What a fun place to stay! It's absolutely perfect for a solo traveler so long as they're not too tall. It's just an adorable and comfortable place to stay. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat. If you're a fan of spacious rooms and soft feather beds, it might not be the stop for you. But if you're comfortable glamping and having a unique experience and a private place to stay it's AMAZING. Some quick helpful tips for you while you're there: - The fireplace gets really warm really fast. - The shower runs out of hot water really quick, so use the lever on the shower head to control flow while you soap up. -Flush longer than you think you have to. It's incredible! Have fun!
    Minutes from downtown Denver and the Denver Convention Ctr, this roomy and comfortable home is perfect for a business and holiday traveler, or new resident searching for permanent housing. The room has a cozy twin bed with access to a full bathroom.
    My house is located in the up and coming RiNO art district, minutes from bars, breweries, distilleries, restaurants, art galleries, and downtown Denver with its theatres and the Denver Convention Center. This cozy room is equipped with a twin bed and comfortable bedding, along with fresh towels. There is also an open concept kitchen / living room / dining room on the first floor, along with a full bathroom, which you may share with another Airbnb guest staying in the adjacent spare room. Newly Installed Central Air-Conditioning will provide with a comfortable experience during the hot summer months. It is a mere 8 minute drive from the Colorado Convention Center, and if you're renting a car, there is plenty of street parking available in the front of the home. I have an affection for art and music, which is expressed throughout the house that's full of natural light. It's a perfect alternative to hotels for those coming in for business, pleasure, to stay while house hunting or during short term work projects. There is Wi-Fi throughout the home, which is also equipped with the latest security technology (will provide a home manual, which shows you how to use the alarm system and will include your own security access code). Pets are allowed with no additional security deposit (there's even a doggy food and water bowl) but as expected, any damage caused by your pet(s) will be deducted from the original security deposit.
    The house is a five minute drive or bike ride to: - The main highways, I-25 and I-70 - Larimer Street: Larimer Lounge and Meadowlark music venues, Megafauna indie boutique, Crema and Hutch & Spoon cafes, Nooch Vegan Market, Infinite Monkey Winery, Mile High Spirits, Populist Restaurant, Our Mutual Friend Malt and Brew, and Matchbox bar. My home is walking distance to Jake's restaurant, the Walnut Room restaurant, Black Shirt Brewing, and the RiNO art district.
  • Kim is friendly and great host.She has lot knowledge about the Airbnb community and how the system works. From the initial reservation to the second Kim was very responsive and thorough in her communication. Kim home is is very nice and clean, well decorated. Her home has been updated thou-out the years. Kim has two bedrooms for rent with shared bathroom. One bedroom with a queen and the other bedroom with a single bed. Parking is no issue in front of her house (Website hidden by Airbnb) The neighborhood is older.Little more rough or run down than some other areas of Denver that I have seen or stayed at before. Kim is very busy women with her hectic work schedule so her front and backyard needs little TLC,which is minor. Kim has cute little dog which at times can be little frisky,but she does keep him under control not to bother anybody. I was here for the Great American Beer Fest week. The location for me was perfect but does help if you have a car. There is nearby coffee cafe and famous Snooze for Breakfast. Marco's coal/wood fired Pizza! Both are must try! Many breweries: Epic, River North,Cooked Stave. 8-10 min to downtown convention center. Overall I was 100% satisfied with my stay at Kim place.
    MARK2014-10-06T00:00:00Z
  • Kim was very accommodating for my late arrival. The room was as described, small but comfortable. Very convenient location.
    David2015-08-09T00:00:00Z
  • Kim greeted me at the door when I arrived and had a whole list of places to see and things to do in the city. I had a wonderful time staying with her and will definitely check to see if her place is available the next time I'm in town!
    Rachel2015-07-20T00:00:00Z
  • Kim and her home were absolutely lovely. The home, a welcoming 2-level house (basement is Kim's space), was extremely easy to find and located right in the developing RiNo/Cole neighborhood. The house has an updated kitchen that guests are welcome to use and a comfortable sitting area. I visited Denver for a brief 3-day/2 night stay to look for apartments in planning my upcoming move to the area. The twin bed room located right next to the bathroom was exactly what I needed for my trip. In the course of my 3 day search for apartments, I was barely at the house at all, which I personally felt quite sorry for. Kim was extremely friendly and super willing to help assist me in my housing search, but due to appointments and visits, I wasn't around much to chat. While this wasn't a major issue on the trip, Kim was extremely kind and understanding of my obligations--no curfew, easy to understand and follow House Rules, etc. Overall the trip was a huge success and much of that is due to the ease and comfort provided to me by Kim and her hospitality.
    Connor2015-04-30T00:00:00Z
  • Kim is a super hostess! I have stayed with her twice. Her place is comfotable and centrally located.
    Laura2015-08-14T00:00:00Z
  • Kim has a lovely cottage and is a gracious, friendly host. The room is comfortable and amenities clean and neat.
    Sebastian2015-07-13T00:00:00Z
  • The room was quiet and clean, the house had a lot of character. Located in the Cole neighborhood, a maximum 10 min uber ride to downtown. I enjoyed my stay there in this lovely house with Kim and her dog Sam.
    Andrei2015-04-09T00:00:00Z
  • The room is very clean and comfy. And I really like the lovely backyard where I wake myself up in the morning! Thanks for the hosting, Kim!
  • Stayed here for 2 nights with my pup on a cross country road trip. Worked well for us, just what we needed for 36 hours in Denver. Jim was easy to communicate before and during my stay.
    Adam2018-08-29T00:00:00Z
  • I stayed in the tiny home for a week while I was training at the awesome Circus Collective. Jim’s spot provided the privacy and queit surroundings I needed to nerd out on my notes and reviews from the day. He also totally hooked me up with some local hot spot tips and he is not wrong when it comes to food recommendations! He was very respectful and super helpful. The tiny home was nice and clean and the bed was hella comfy! Temperature control was on point and the shower felt like I was in a spa . Highly recommend booking this tiny home if youre looking for privacy, convenience, cleanliness and a cool host.
    Dani2018-10-05T00:00:00Z
  • Jim's place is excellent. Clean, tidy, very nicely decorated and close enough to downtown Denver. Wifi is excellent. TV is very nice. Full cooking facilities. Comfy bed (very slightly on the hard side, my personal preference). Lovely shower and bathroom.
    Stephen2018-02-24T00:00:00Z
  • Clean, cute and Jim is an extremely responsive host.
    Sandy2018-05-13T00:00:00Z
  • Great little comfortable space in a great location. This was our home base during the Crush Walls festival in Rino. It was an excellent location! Will definitely stay again! Thanks, Jim!
    Adam2019-09-08T00:00:00Z
  • Jim’s place was exactly as described and was very charming. It was nice to have our own space while staying in Denver. This is a five star place and even better than a hotel room. I would stay here again.
  • Stayed here for a second time and the home has only gotten better. Super private, with everything you need for a short or longer stay. I love the location because it is close to everything I wanted to see in Denver, it seemed like everything was 15 min or less away. Great host, who is quick at responding. Also the bed is super comfortable.
    The Cole / RiNO neighborhood is continually evolving, with new restaurants, co-working spaces, breweries and art galleries popping up all the time. But it still remains a quiet neighborhood, with the City Park nearby to have a picnic or go for a run, along with drop-in yoga studios. The locals are very friendly and in a good mood, because Denver is offers a great quality of life.
  • Great location, near a bunch of cool spots in the area. Easy parking, quick highway access, clean house, great host, would definitely recommend.
  • Kim was super friendly and helpful! Her space is lovely, clean and very comfortable. The bedroom was spacious, and very comfortable. I would absolutely stay with Kim again, and recommend her home!
  • So this was a pretty great place, the room is cozy and it's just a over all good place for the money, if your stopping into town and need a place to stay I would def recommend it, she does have a little dog that can be a little aggressive, I mean I was hardly there so maybe she just needs to get to know you and she's just protecting her house. Kim was great and very accommodating all in all it was a good experience.
    Steven2015-01-24T00:00:00Z
  • Kim is an awesome lady and we loved our time at her place! Very friendly and welcoming and was super helpful with advice of things to do in the area. Her house is beautifully decorated with some really cool art and vintage music memorabilia and the room and private bathroom were just as described. Would def stay here again!
    Shane2015-04-30T00:00:00Z
  • Kim was welcoming and answered any and every question that my girlfriend and I had during our visit. My girlfriend especially liked being able to give some special tummy rubs to her dog Sam. The neighborhood was a short Lyft or Uber to anywhere we wanted to go around RiNo or LoDo and was never more than a few minutes away.
    Matt2015-08-11T00:00:00Z
  • My travels through the mountains toward Denver took much longer than expected, and Kim was very accommodating regarding my changing arrival time. Once arrived, she welcomed me and explained the house rules very well. Also, her puppy is all sorts of cute. Kim provided magazines regarding Denver attractions (beer!), which I was happy to review. Kim's house is very conveniently in a residential area but close to very cool neighbourhoods: breweries, cafés, new shops, etc. I very much enjoyed walking around Denver from her house. Also, I had no problem parking on her street, so drivers shouldn't be concerned about parking availability. Kim was super friendly -- our conversations were helpful for understanding Denver and its growing industries. I would definitely stay with Kim again.
Everything is walking distance or a short bike or scooter ride away. The neighborhood has countless restaurants, bars, breweries, music venues and galleries. Some of our favorites include Work and Class, Fish N Beer, Infinite Monkey Therm, Finn's Manor, and Super Mega Bien.   • Very clean and comfortable! Location couldn't be better, right in the RiNo neighborhood with tons of cool breweries, restaurants, and things to do and see. Easy walk/bike/scooter ride to downtown, and just a few blocks from the commuter train right to the airport. Rebecca was an excellent host and was even able to let us check in a little bit early, and had great recommendations for places to check out around town. 10/10 would absolutely stay here again!
  • Me and my boyfriend traveled to Colorado for our first time. Rebecca's place made it all happen, not only was the place spotlessly clean it was private and cozy. Rebecca's place is a quick walk from sooooo many bars, restaurants, breweries and places to see throughout the RiNo area and Denver as a whole. RiNo was great and Rebecca even gave us local tips. We had no problems staying here and only great things to say. We would 100% stay here again if we come back to visit Colorado.
    Toby2019-08-31T00:00:00Z
  • We stayed at Rebecca’s during a weekend trip to Denver. Rebecca was extremely welcoming and accommodating, and she had a lot of great neighborhood recommendations. The location is very convenient to the RiNo neighborhood - we walked most places or you can take a quick Lyft to other parts of Denver. Highly recommend!
    This newly renovated second story studio offers complete privacy through a private entrance and a space entirely to yourself. It is part of a charming Denver Victorian house, walking and biking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, concert venues and art galleries in River North Arts District (RiNo), Downtown Denver, and LoDo (Lower Downtown). The area is recognized as one of the “hottest” neighborhoods in the U.S. by Time Magazine.
    The modern and cozy studio offers complete privacy through a private entrance and acts as an apartment studio all to yourself. It is outfitted with a queen-sized bed, bathroom toiletries (includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer and towels), refrigerator, microwave, and a Keurig with coffee provided. You will have internet access and a TV with Netflix. It is great for couples, solo adventurers or business travelers.
    The River North Art District "where art is made" goes by the nickname of "RiNo" and has even adopted a rhino design for its official logo, so look for creative rhinos in art and signage all around the neighborhood! The district's interesting blend of urban charm and unique industrial revival makes it a great destination for visitors. Historic warehouses and factories now house jazz bars, restaurants, brewpubs, art galleries and working studios. RiNo boasts a diverse mix of creative businesses ranging from visual artists, designers and furniture makers, to craft distillers and brewers, winemakers, creators of unique outdoor gear and small-batch coffee roasters. The art definitely extends beyond gallery walls in this neighborhood, with its colorful and innovative street art murals in alleys and on buildings around almost every corner!
  • My boyfriend and I adored this place. In all honesty the pictures on here don't do it justice. You can tell the space is recently renovated and they did a fantastic job doing so. Its in a great location, we were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go or just took a short Uber ride. It was a perfect place to come back to each night of our stay. Ellyce stayed in communication during our stay although I know she was on vacation herself. I would definitely stay here again!
    Laura2019-04-29T00:00:00Z
  • We had such a wonderful experience staying with Ellyce. We were located within walking distance to delicious food, cocktails/beer and art. And to top it off a spotless and safe place to close our eyes at night, it was the perfect location. Thank you for being a great host. We will be back again!
    Jenna2019-09-06T00:00:00Z
  • We only had a quick stopover this time, but Ellyce's place worked out perfectly. Spotless and in a super location for heading to the Central Market for a terrific breakfast before heading to Boulder for a concert.
    It's a studio, it's modern. There are coffee shops, breakfast joints, brewery's restaurants, bars and much more within blocks. In the studio there is a queen size bed and a pull out sofa. The sofa has extra sheets and blankets in the lift up section.
  • Very nice and clean place. Great instructions, seemless stay.
  • Place was just as described- easy to find, easy to access (although pretty clear from directions on accessing the space that it maybe isn't supposed to be rented out this way), clean, and a comfortable bed. Really fun neighborhood- tons to do. The building itself is really echo-y (concrete floors) but overall quiet neighbors and not a very loud street- even though there are nearby bars and restaurants. Parking is free but its a crowded neighborhood on weekends, so keep that in mind if you're driving. Overall great stay.
    Bryanne2019-06-15T00:00:00Z
  • immaculately clean, superb location, and easy Street parking. I would highly recommend a stay here if you'd like to have some fun in an interesting area of Denver.
  • Cody's place is in a great location. Tons of local places in RINO and walking distance (or grab a scooter!) to 16th Street Mall. It was nice to be a few minutes outside of downtown Denver in order to avoid parking problems and too many people. The actual apartment was nice - clean, modern, simple space with a comfortable bed. We didn't hear anything from neighbors nextdoor, but did have a couple loud moments with the people above us - not sure what they were doing - and a couple loud cars outside. It comes with apartment living and it passed quickly, so I'm not complaining. Just don't want people surprised by it. Definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a fun, hassle-free night in Denver. Cody made everything simple and was quick to respond. Great time!
    Tate2019-06-13T00:00:00Z
  • Everything was very clean and comfortable! The room was bigger than we anticipated and although it's a studio, it felt like plenty of room for three people. It's in a great location for getting to and from the airport and to downtown attractions.
    Mariah2019-07-09T00:00:00Z
  • A clean quiet upper level studio near the airport Train stop, restaurants and breweries nearby.
    Unwind and enjoy discovering Denver while staying in our Cozy and Clean Guest Cottages! Theres a small carriage house with a kitchen and restroom, and a studio that has extra sleeping spaces! We're new hosts on Airbnb and super excited to begin having guests stay at our clean and recently furnished guest spaces. We live in the main unit of the property and are excited for you to use our two cottage houses as a home base for which to decompress or explore the city!
    Head around back past our main house to the two cottage homes in the backyard that will be your private spaces. Full kitchenette in one and sink, fridge and microwave in the other help fill these two studios with a way to gather with your travel buddies and still have your space! Please be aware there is no a/c in our studio space (the extra room). It has windows and an extra fan. There is a SMALL A/C unit in the cabin that can be used. Please be aware that you shouldn't turn down the AC past 69 or the unit will freeze, and then wont cool the space properly!
    Were located a short walk to a neighborhood park that has a pool, open area for playing, a playground, and a baseball field! Were minutes from downtown, only costing $8 for a lyft down there (time and events dependent)!! We are close (a short car trip) to the RiNo (River North) district which is full of unique restaurants and artwork!! Were right off I-70 allowing for quick mountain trip access that only takes 1.5 hours to get to the Copper Mountain resort, which is right in the "heart" of all of our Rocky Mountain Skiing (even shorter for those trips to the close resorts)!!!
  • The inside of guesthouse is just as shown. Very quaint, decorated really cute. If you're not familiar with the Denver area (like me), you will discover you're not in the nicest of areas. Also, the main house and rest of the property are not upkept. The entire outside of this property from street to ally needs some tlc. Cleaning, weeding, etc. I'm hoping they'll fix before their next guest, but the air conditioning unit in the space cannot keep up with hot Denver days. The days it was in the 90s, it was so hot inside, we glistened. We had it set as low (cold) as it would go until we left and the temperature fluctuated the entire trip..there were no screens on the windows, so we could not open a window. Although I get the sense the last guest might have because there were a good handful of flies buzzing about when we got there. Also had to contact the host about toilet paper and paper towel when we got there because there wasn't any. Overall, I feel like this property as a whole needs more effort and love from the hosts.
  • Great place for larger groups who still need privacy. We used both the main room and the studio to accommodate us and everything worked out great. Things that were a breeze: parking, check-in, privacy, and communicating with the hosts.
  • Such a wonderful stay! I’m definitely recommending to family friends and coworkers whenever they plan to visit Denver!
    Ellery2019-06-03T00:00:00Z
  • The Brass Rabbit Cottage is perfect. It is a great space filled with everything you need. The A/C was ever so welcome in Denver’s August. Maile, Nashay, and Josh were super communicative from the booking, so I knew I’d be well taken care of. When I had an issue with the WiFi, they quickly responded and all was well. Fresh towels were delivered upon my arrival and they made sure I had everything I could need. My one complaint is that I never got to meet the pup!
    Come enjoy our quiet neighborhood getaway! Easy access to the rest of Denver and the mountains, while being only steps from the trendy River North art district in Denver. See the best Colorado has to offer, any time of year! We're two locals (Will & Mary) that love our city and the places around it. Denver is a great town, and we'd love to have you come stay!
    We live in one of the many Denver bungalows built in denver in the late 1890s, which was renovated from top to bottom in 2012. The city has changed a lot since then, and what was once the suburbs is now close to some of Denver's best attractions. Inside, you'll find a clean, well kept space. We like to provide our guests with the same level of hospitality that we've come to want while adventuring. Fresh towels, hot coffee/tea, tips for where to find the best [food, music, booze, art, pot, history, shopping, etc] in town, and friendly attitude all are included at no extra charge.
    Cole (our neighborhood) is close to so many great parts of Denver. We have lots of local pubs, City Park is nearby, the Museum of Nature and Science (which I have passes to, so don't worry about paying), great concert venues, and some of the friendliest people I've ever met.
  • Will's house is in a great location; we walked to multiple restaurants and coffee shops, as well as a few great dispensaries that are close by. The house is about 20-25 minutes to the airport (without traffic) and only 30 short minutes from Boulder. The space is clean with easy access to the bathroom; plus the house itself is just really neat with a super chill backyard area. We felt apart of the community instantly with so many friendly locals nearby. Will + Mary were both incredibly inviting, and gave us great local recommendations. We would recommend this shared space over and over again. Can't wait to come back!
    Jenny2017-09-24T00:00:00Z
  • Will and Mary were amazing hosts! When I arrived I immediately felt as though there was a lot of effort put into the comfort of the stay. Plenty of local tips for adventures and bars/ places to eat. Very easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend!
    Robert2018-07-16T00:00:00Z
  • A great place to stay for exploring Denver! Lots of cute details like nice toiletries and a good welcome letter. Close to plenty of cool spots to eat and drink, I enjoyed the neighborhood.
    Lucy2016-07-31T00:00:00Z
  • Will's place was perfect! Great location near all the good stuff Denver has to offer. They had the sweetest dog and cat and I hate cats! Fun open back yard area. They were there when we needed them but also gave us our space. Thanks Will!
    Scotty2017-03-27T00:00:00Z
  • We had a short but great stay at Will's place. Will was very welcoming and recommended a nice brew pub in the area for our dinner. Everything was as described, clean and comfortable. Great attention to detail and Hudson was the icing on the cake. Definitely recommend staying here.
    Nicolas2016-10-31T00:00:00Z
  • Will and Mary are great hosts, will give you your privacy if you need it and are really genial people. Both give great advice on things to do around town if you're looking. Nice very clean place, in a good location in Denver. Would recommend a car if you want to travel around as parts of Denver are pretty spread out.
    John2017-04-17T00:00:00Z
  • I really love Will's place, very cozy and pretty. Will is so sweet and kind. Would definitely come back to visit.
    Doan2016-01-09T00:00:00Z
  • Will & Mary were terrific hosts, very mindful of our privacy, yet always available whilst we shared their lovely home. Hudson the dog and Marlow the cat were also great roomies. Their home is bright and newly refurbished in a residential area super close to the train and, if you're driving, not too far from downtown. Great stay!
Plus, if you're a Harry Potter fan, we may have a few fun quirks that will light you up! • Huge walk in shower with rain shower head • Gorgeous kitchen • Queen bed + queen pull out couch • Private patio space • Perfect, walkable location • 350 square feet CO Short Term Rental ID: 446542
    The space is cozy (350 SF) and perfect for couples, solo travelers, or close-knit groups of four. There is plenty of street parking available outside the main house.
    Nicknamed “RiNo,” the trendy River North Art District features contemporary art galleries and hip concert venues in revamped industrial buildings. Food halls include Denver Central Market, Zeppelin Station, and The Source, a buzzy indoor venue with eclectic products and a bar for small plates and craft beer. Known for its colorful murals, Upper Larimer Street also has cocktail lounges, brewpubs with patios and late-night food trucks.
  • Clean space with cute furniture. Close to the 38th & Blake lightrail station and easily accessible to downtown. It's a small space, so it was extremely comfortable for just me on a business trip but could be tight with more people.
  • The a/c didn’t work which made the space warm, and we only got 2 towels for 3 people, but we didn’t say anything to the host. The host was easy to communicate with and answered our call right away when we couldn’t figure out how to get to the guest house. Overall, a very cute space and was very clean. Also in a good location very close to downtown!
  • Jimbo was a great host with a cute, funky house. He was happy to offer suggestions on restaurants and breweries. The house was clean, he had breakfast food available, and the Roku and wifi was much appreciated. There is also a small garden and fire pit which unfortunately I did not utilize along with $2 access to laundry and a couple bicycles for rent. I would like to come back to Denver for a longer trip and will definitely try to stay here again! This room is off the kitchen but also has a private entry in the back yard and a private bath, which was nice.
  • I arrived late due to weather conditions in DC and Denver both. The owner did not meet me or reach out to me after sending cut-off text messages prior to my landing in Denver. The room was not nice, hence no photos of the room on line. The bed was extremely hard and crosses are plastered all over the bathroom. This was my first time using AirBnB and what a let-down. $67 I'll never get back; for an out-dated, uncomfortable room. The towels supplied are bleach-stained and rough (i took photos to prove) and the carpet was dirty! The owners have yet to reach out to me since my stay four days ago. Save your money unless you want a less than pleasant experience.
  • Jim our house host is an easygoing, friendly and informative individual who takes pride in his home and surroundings. The rooms were comfortable and most importantly clean. He provide clear and concise notes through out the home with what was to be used etc. ie: the kitchen. He extended his warmth with providing two ladies unfamiliar with the area with the Uber service going above and beyond with setting it all up on our cellphone. He made himself available if asked upon. I would highly recommend Jim's Airbnb to anybody. It is a warm and safe environment and very close to town. Thank you Jim. We will come again.
    Debra2016-03-20T00:00:00Z
  • This was our first airing experience and Jimbo made it very welcoming for us. The suite was cute and cozy with a private entrance from the side of the house. He gave us great suggestions for eatery and attractions. Certainly recommend a short stay at Jimbo's.
  • Really enjoyed my stay! My friend and I booked extremely last minute and Jimbo was very accommodating. Everything was clean and welcoming.     Remodeled home near Denver's funky, artsy, trendy RiNo District. Just 5 minutes from RiNo, light rail to Union Station/airport, and I-70/I-25. Just 9 blocks from Denver City Park, 18-hole golf course, Denver Zoo, Natural History Museum & IMAX. The house: updated everything | new, modern furniture | beautiful kitchen | whiskey bar | swamp cooler | modern bathrooms | off-street parking | high-speed wifi | patio set | finished basement | Perfect for: individuals, couple, business
    This is a basement bedroom, across the hall from the bathroom. It has two windows that let in sunlight (the room faces the south side of the house, so it gets good light). This is a 1924 home in a historic neighborhood 5 minutes from RiNo and 8 minutes from downtown. We have completely renovated it in 2016 with modern appliances and amenities, while still preserving the historic character of the house with a vintage minimalism. From specially commissioned artwork for this house to antiques from the 1890s to decor that tells a story of social justice, we have worked hard to make this our home, a peaceful, restful haven from the craziness of life.
    We live in the Clayton neighborhood on the northeast side of downtown. It's full of old homes, quaint coffee shops, and prime access to RiNo, City Park, golf courses, and the A-line train that goes to Denver International Airport. It is approximately a 10-minute drive into downtown.
  • We stayed at Banks's place and found it to be very clean and comfortable. We arrived very late on day 1 and had no problems checking in using the keypad. There is ample free street parking and easy to find. The basement has 2 bedrooms, a living space with TV and a bathroom that might be shared with other Airbnb guests when occupied. The entire place was quiet and looked very clean. We communicated via text messages and had no problems. We had to check out an hour later on our last day and Banks was cool about it. It is good value for money and highly recommended!
  • Beautiful house and great hosts who were quick to respond to any questions that I had before my trip. Banks was super hospitable during my stay. These guys also have a great book collection! I didn't have any trouble with parking, and public transit was also convenient to access (from the airport to the house and also from the house to the downtown area). 10/10 would stay here again.
Everything is walking distance or a short bike or scooter ride away. The neighborhood has countless restaurants, bars, breweries, music venues and galleries. Some of our favorites include Work and Class, Fish N Beer, Infinite Monkey Therm, Finn's Manor, and Super Mega Bien.   • Super sweet place to stay! Hosts are friendly and so are the neighbors!! Only about ten minutes from town, lots of food and cute shops and street art. Banks and his roommates are cool to talk to and very accommodating. I would definitely stay again!
  • We had a great stay at Bank's place. Banks is a great host; he checked in with us throughout our stay to make sure everything was okay and to see if we needed help with anything. He was also really accommodating with our early arrival and departure. Not only is Banks super welcoming, his home is very comfortable. Next time I am in Denver I would most likely stay again; I also would totally recommend friends to stay at Banks.
