This loft unit includes 1 parking spot and a key less door entrance for your convenience and safety. Tall airy ceiling and minimalist decor, VIP guests can unwind after a long day of work/entertainment. The 8 people dining table serves as conference area and work space for remote workers. Enhanced cleaning protocol is implemented between each visit. Some furniture may have moved around the house. Open spacious floor plan. 2 bed/1.5 bath loft condo on top floor with designated parking space below building. Overlooking Santana Row's trendy restaurants and high end shops. The perfect location to spend a weekend of shopping and entertainment. Also, the condo is equipped with office amenities for business travelers - printer, office desk, cable TV, a touch screen computer ( upon request ). We offer name brand king size bed with new Ghost mattress, new fridge and TV in media room/ NEST/ Bluetooth speaker. In addition, we have a small eclectic library for light reading -Coffee/tea - and filtered water for your enjoyment- just send any request in advance and we will try to arrange. Inspiring Skyline Views From a Hip Loft in SoMa

Brew coffee in a kitchen with bold wood cabinets, then curl up with a book on a cushioned bench set along floor-to-ceiling windows offering skyline views. Modern furnishings and colorful decor forge a trendy vibe within this bright loft apartment. The loft has all imported fixtures and finishes from Italy. It has Ralph Lauren deep brown carpet on the stairs and in the bedroom/office and polished concrete on the main level. There is also remote controlled blinds on the main windows and skylights. Access to the whole area described in the Summary. I can be available 24/7 at least the first and last day of their stay. Though likely at all times. The South of Market (SoMa) neighborhood has a lot of restaurants, bars and night clubs to enjoy. It is also very close to the Moscone Center. 3 1/2 blocks away from Civic Center BART/Muni Station. 20 minute walk to downtown. 4 blocks away from Moscone Center. 20 minute walk to AT&T Park SoMa is a hip neighborhood with a ton of restaurants to choose from, bars and night clubs, start-up companies around, close to the Moscone Center.
