This is a real rock pool. Basically it’s a sandy channel, deep enough to swim in, in between two sets of rocks along the edge of the bay. The pool is about 30m wide (ie running parallel to the coastline rocks) but only three or four metres long. So it is strictly speaking possible to do laps

Sandy bottom rock pool with stairs and railing access. Beautiful for swimming in high tide.

Great place to visit if the wind is up at Callala - protected rock pool and beach. Great for snorkelling and kids can play safely in the creek. Cafe has great fish & chips.

Only 20 mins from Culburra. There is so much to see and do in Currarong. Spectacular walking tracks through the bush and along the coast from Abraham's Bosom. Secluded swimming beaches and great fishing spots all make this a great day out for the whole family.

This is a beautiful spot to take little children . A natural tidal pool. So much fun to swim in, with a grassy area to sit and have a picnic or sand to play in. Worth a look at.
