When you’re craving a draft pint of English ale and some hearty pub grub The Red Lion in Chiang Mai will hit the spot. This two-storey venue has all the dark wooden fittings and cosy booths you would expect to find in an English country pub, with the added benefit of being bang in the centre of the Night Bazaar in Chiang Mai. Pints start from 100 baht here while other beers on offer include Strongbow Cider and draught Guinness and Kilkenny. All major sports are shown on several large televisions inside and there is also a spacious outdoor terrace for people watching. This is one of the oldest English pub in Chiang Mai. Good for Thai and International cuisine, beer and live sports on the weekend. Open daily from 9.30AM until 11.30PM.
