The Menai Suspension bridge is the worlds first suspension bridge and the iconic image of the bridge is taken from a lay-by on the Holyhead Road heading in to Menai Bridge. But don't just get out here and take the photo, park at Coed Cyrnol and walk through the woods on to the Belgium Promenade and into the village where you will pass under the bridge. It will give you a totally different perspective. You can also cross the bridge as a foot passenger and you'll get some great views this way too.
