Hike 30 mins or drive up. Best views of the city and islands. We like hiking up from the Blenkinsop rd parking best. Many trails to explore.

Mt. Doug offers beach and mountain experiences. Enjoy the view of the peninsula from the top (you can hike or drive) or beachcomb the water's elevation.

Great park with great views. Nice area to have lunch. Or drive/walk up Mt Douglas to see views of most of the south island.

Beatiful park with a mountain next to the ocean. Multiple trails with vareying difficulty. Great views from the top, nice for sun sets. There is also an option to drive to the top with a car, but unless you"re in a rush, I would recommend to hike up.
