ACTIVE TRIBE - COURTOWN We have a 25m pool where you can come and enjoy open swimming and lane swimming. We run a variety of aquafit classes throughout the year. For the kids, we also have 2 children's pools that are well suited to all ages. We have a fun 60m water slide for children open during summer & some weekends. Our health suite includes a spa pool. steam room and sauna for your enjoyment. Our recently renovated sauna includes disabled access. Saunas are great for relaxing muscles, relieving tension as well as reducing the risk of blood circulation problems. We have a fully equipped modern gym with a range of fitness and strength equipment. We run a range of fitness and wellbeing classes throughout the year, including spinning and yoga classes for members. Our Gym equipment includes: Cardiovascular Area Cross trainers, Treadmills, Upright Bikes, Recumbent Bikes, Steppers, Assault Arc Treadmills. Hand Crank Bike. Air Resistance Bike/Assault Bike. Rowers, SkiErg. Strength and Condition Area Seated Chest Press, Lat Pulldown, Shoulder Press, Leg Extension, Seated Leg Curl, Leg Press, Seated Abdominal Curl. Our outdoor adventures include two high ropes courses, a climbing wall, dual zip wires, laser tag, archery and much more! Magical Woodlands... Come and explore the trails throughout our 25 hectares of mature woodlands. The woodlands date back to 1870 and were planted as part of the gardens of a Victorian estate. The trails are part of Wexford Walking Trails. They are bounded by the Ounavarragh River to the North, a canal and the dunes to the East and our centre to the South.
