After working in America and Europe, I moved back to Japan and started Ninja Food Tours, a company that offers walking food tours in Tokyo. I now have a greater appreciation of Japanese culture and food & drinks after living outside of Japan and spending so many hours in the office for my previous corporate job...I am not saying long hours in the office are necessarily a bad thing :).
My weekly routine includes spending a lot of time to explore Tokyo to find more hidden gems and small family…
