I am a Chef with over 12 years of experience, graduated in Gastronomy in Brazil. I worked in renowned restaurants and hotels, and won Hell's Kitchen Brazil Season 4 as the only female winner. I trained at Le Cordon Bleu Paris and Chef Laurent Suaudeau’s School. Since 2019, I’ve been based in Portugal, working nationally and internationally, and offering private dining for groups of 6+.
