I’m Chef Priscilla, a Louisiana-raised, California-trained chef with 15 years of experience. I learned Cajun and Creole cooking from my great grandmother and later attended culinary school. I’m now the Executive Chef for two theme parks. Food is my passion, and I love creating dishes that bring people together. I look forward to cooking for you.
